Next Generation Leadership is a 12-month program designed for C-suite executives who are interested in the CEO role and are aiming to amplify their leadership impact. Developed and led entirely by current and former CEOs of the world’s largest companies, the program provides participants with an insider’s view of the responsibilities, demands, and realities of the top job.

Participants join an exclusive, high-performing group of tenured C-suite leaders representing various functions, industries, and geographies. This diversity of perspectives challenges and enriches their thinking and leadership style, ultimately enhancing their effectiveness at the highest levels of leadership.

Program Structure

Next Generation Leadership delivers against the needs of CEO direct reports within large, multinational companies. Over the course of 12 months, participants engage in three in-person meetings, focusing on the foundational elements of the CEO agenda:

Talent.
Stakeholder management.

Participant Profile

Directly reports to the CEO
Has been in a corporate officer role for a minimum of three years
Leads a corporate function or P&L and will continue to assume roles of increasing responsibility, such as chief operations officer, P&L owner, or CEO.
